Dear Friends,

Traditionally, the first week in December is Art Basel Miami Beach art week. However, since the unprecedented circumstances of the past nine months, the art world has pivoted to doing more and more events virtually.  Art Basel, one of the most important art events of the year has been rescheduled for next year.

However, since Art Basel has gone virtual this year, we invited David Yarrow to Chicago for the opening of his latest series, ON THE ROAD AGAIN.

With ultimate precautions for the safety of our clients and team members, we will be planning carefully and safely orchestrated special events with David that will make this surreal time in the history of our world a joyful and unforgettable one.

On display will be over 35 of David's newest images taken in 2020 - from Montana, Wyoming, and Texas,  to Iceland and Africa.  You will have a number of opportunities to see the new works and meet with David, virtually or by appointment.

Hilton | Asmus Contemporary (a gallery focused on conservation and supporting the community through arts initiatives) will be presenting one of the most charismatic and successful artists of the decade.  With virtual interviews that will be conducted through Hilton | Asmus Live, Instagram Live and Facebook Live platforms, the gallery plans to push forward with presentations of Yarrow's newest series of photographs with iconic supermodels Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Josie Canseco AND with the star of the show, a hybrid wolf breed called the Tamaskin.
Please let us know if you would like to join us.  We will be sending a schedule of events within the next few days.

House Beautiful Magazine featuring David Yarrow "Meet the Fockers"  November 2020 issue

One of the most rewarding experiences for us at Hilton | Asmus Contemporary is working with world class designers who understand the value of fine art in their design process.

Earlier this year, I received a call from Elizabeth Georgantas, of Georgantas Design in Boston,  asking if we would be open to partnering with her in creating a beautiful showcase home outside of Denver for House Beautiful Magazine.  Because of my architecture background, I jumped at the opportunity to be part of this project.  Elizabeth had two rooms to design:  the master bedroom and a charming "sleep it off" room.

The master bedroom demanded a powerful compliment to the overall design that would stand on its own.  Elizabeth said she wanted to have something edgy, witty, including a sense of humor.  David Yarrow was the right fit!  Meet the Fockers had arrived!

"My greatest achievements are when I transcend my clients'
hopes and dreams for their new living space."
~ Elizabeth Georgantas

Elizabeth's work draws influences from all over the world and across an expansive range of aesthetic styles.  She has designed some of the most functional, beautiful, and unique homes - from downtown dream condos and charming brownstones to sprawling seaside escapes.

The team at House Beautiful was a pleasure to work with.  And best of all, we thank them for featuring David Yarrow's work in the November issue of the House Beautiful magazine.

House Beautiful Magazine featuring David Yarrow "Happy Hour"

With gratitude to Elizabeth Georgantas and House Beautiful Magazine for the opportunity to  feature of one favorites artist!

Wishing you and your family a happy and healthy holidays.

With warm regards,
