Ethan Brown of Beyond Meat, NPR & iHeart Radio, Mark Thompson and Pro Surfer, Tia Blanco
has been quite a month for plant-based news. On May 2, Beyond Meat
became the first plant-based company to be listed on the Nasdeq with an
historic IPO of a 163% gain, the largest since 2008. Only weeks
earlier, I interviewed (for a second time) Beyond Meat CEO Ethan Brown
for NPR's KCRW.
