Tailor Square Made-to-Measure suits will start at $455
WHAT:                  Just in time for the holiday entertaining season, Macy’s is launching Tailor Square Made-to-Measure, an in-store custom tailored suit experience where customers can create one-of-a-kind garments in their own personal style. The celebration begins in Chicago at Macy’s on State Street with a fan meet-and-greet with Chicago Bulls Rookie, Wendell Carter Jr.* Fans who make and complete an appointment with the Made-to-Measure stylist team prior to the event will receive VIP** line access. Following the meet-and-greet, fans are invited to stay for a shopping party where they will enjoy music and snacks while they learn about custom suit tailoring from Made-to-Measure experts. MORE:                  In 15 store locations, including Macy’s State Street and Macy’s Oakbrook Center, Macy’s is introducing Tailor Square Made-to-Measure, a custom tailored clothing experience that allows customers to take control of their wardrobe. Tailor Square Made-to-Measure enables customers to bring together their own personal style with the craft of made to measure to create one-of-a-kind garments unique to only them.
Customers can make an appointment with an in-store Tailor Square stylist who will help them create a custom-made suit, trouser, jacket or shirt. They can choose from a curated assortment of fabrics from around the world and can select their preferred suit details, from lapels, buttons, linings and more. A Tailor Square stylist will take meticulous measurements to ensure the perfect fit, and the customer will receive their customized garment in approximately 4 weeks. Custom suits start at $455. WHO:                    Wendell Carter Jr. is a forward with the NBA's Chicago Bulls.  The Bulls chose Wendell with the 7th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft out of Duke University.  Carter played one season at Duke earning All-ACC Honors and being named to the ACC All-Freshman Team.  He represented the United States in the 2016 FIBA U17 World Cup Tournament winning the Gold Medal.
