Dear Festival Friends,

Fifty-five years ago, Michael Kutza had the vision to found the Chicago International Film Festival and its parent organization, Cinema/Chicago. For more than five decades, Michael has continued to lead the organization and the Festival, bringing the best in international and independent cinema and the creative talents behind the work to Chicago.
On Saturday, July 14, we will pay tribute both to his extraordinary legacy as the longest-running Festival director in the world and to his enduring contribution to the cultural landscape of Chicago at this year’s Summer Gala.

We will be creating a special program book for the evening. Please consider creating a congratulatory ad and help us honor Michael’s legacy. The deadline to reserve space in the evening program book is Tuesday, July 3. Artwork deadline is Thursday, July 5.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Vivian Teng
Managing Director
