On July 29th, celebrate National Chicken Wing Day New Orleans style in Chicago. Known for using classic Cajun and Creole flavors, Fifolet Cajun & Cocktails Executive Chef Kevin Crouse (formerly of Nouveau Tavern, the Mid-America Club, and Fairways) brings Alligator Wings to Fifolet’s impressive Dinner menu. Why not try a tasty, exotic twist on the traditional favorite?

A restaurant fan favorite, the alligator wings feature a Vietnamese- Inspired "Bayou Dragon Sauce," Sesame, Scallions, and Pickled Vegetables. The signature dish is a delicious alternative to the famous chicken wing that pairs perfectly with one of Fifolet’s signature cocktails like the Frozen Hurricane (dark rum, light rum, passion fruit, lime, grenadine) or the Planter’s Punch (rhum agricole, falernum, vanilla, orange , lemon, cayenne-sugar coated orange)

Fifolet accepts reservations for parties of all sizes and walk-ins are always welcome. The restaurant & bar is open Monday – Friday from 5:00 pm – 2:00 am, Saturday – Sunday from 3:00 pm – 2:00 am.
