Tortoise Supper Club to Host Grand Holiday Buffet on Easter Sunday
Chicago restaurateurs Keene and Megan Addington invites your family to join theirs for a memorable Easter weekend at Tortoise Supper Club (TSC!) On Sunday, April 16th the River North metropolitan supper club will host a Grand Holiday Buffet that you won’t want to miss. Between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm guests can indulge in a variety of breakfast items (including a make-your-own waffle bar,) TSC’s signature ice seafood bar and two carving stations (ham and salmon.) Chef Aaron Browning will round out the buffet with ten – fifteen different seasonal salads and soups plus a decedent dessert spread.
A photographer dressed in a festive Easter outfit will be making the rounds, taking Polaroid photos of families and friends (guests are invited to take their group’s photo home with them as a keepsake.)
Tortoise Supper Club’s Easter Brunch is priced at $65/person for adults and $25 for children ages 5 – 12; kids under 4 eat for free. Reservations are recommended can be made via OpenTable or by calling (312) 755-1700. Tortoise Supper Club is located at 350 N. State St. in Chicago, IL.

Peppercorn Crusted New York Strip Steak served with Au Poivre Sauce and Oak Aged Bourbon Meatloaf with Foraged Mushrooms and Buttery Mashed Potatoes. Understanding the dietary restrictions and lifestyle choices of today’s diner, Chef Browning proudly offers many gluten free options.
Weekly specials include Half Priced Signature Cocktails on Wednesdays, Sautéed Frog Legs and Buttermilk Battered Cod on Fridays, Northwoods Dry Rubbed Prime Rib on Saturdays and $1 Oysters / $1 Shrimp Cocktail from 4:30 – 6:30 pm on weekdays. Live Sinatra-style jazz music is played in the lounge every Friday and Saturday night.
Tortoise Supper Club is located at 350 North State St. in Chicago, IL. Lunch is served Monday – Friday from 11:30 am – 4:00 pm; dinner is served Monday – Thursday from 4:00 pm – 9:30 pm, Friday & Saturday from 5:00 pm – 10:30 pm and Sunday from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The lounge is open until midnight.
