Chicago Art & Design Show Special Edition
SAVE THE DATE APRIL 8 & 9, 2017
The show features 100 juried artists in the huge Expo Hall at Navy Pier. Artists will be displaying and selling their work: paintings, sculpture, photographs, jewelry, wearables and more. What makes this show unique
is that the artists themselves will be showing their work directly to
the public. Artists will discuss their work and techniques throughout
Hours: 10am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday
Parking at the Pier is easy! Or have a car drop you off at the east drive.
Additional Info: An onsite show café is the place to stop and recharge... sandwiches, beer, wine and more.

The first 100 people who attend each day will receive a free commemorative show poster.
Saturday's poster features the art of photographer Jacob Sieg who
combines historical photos with present day images to show Chicago's
skyline and lake front in a dual image. Jacob will gladly sign posters
in his booth.
Sunday's poster features the art ofKarina Llergo from her series called Immersion. A woman appears to be floating in water. Llergo will sign posters in her booth at the show.

There will be two meetings a year, in Highland Park, scheduled for
spring and fall. People who love art and have ideas are invited to

Before a Festival on Facebook:
the event on Facebook. Then click "Interested" in going to that
event. Then you can click that you are "Going" to the event.
Once you click "Going" to the event (shown on the right), then click share and invite your friends on Facebook.

event to get additional info your customer might need.

Israeli Art Makers: JUF's Solidarity Day at Ravinia May 7
The world famous RAVINIA FESTIVAL in Highland Park, IL thirty minutes north of Chicago will be the site of JUF's Solidarity Day this May and will feature a very special Israeli made and themed market featuring arts and products. The
day will also feature the annual Walk, concert, food and much more.
Crowds of 6,000-8,000 are expected. Convenient on site parking is easy
and free. Only $75 for a 10 x 10 space. Artists or their reps are invited to participate.
