is taking place July 11-13 and brings together the best in BBQ and live country music.  New to the Festival line-up this year, each participating pitmaster will offer guests a chance to learn first-hand how to prepare signature BBQ items during an exclusive cooking demonstration. All pitmaster classes are taking place on Saturday, July 12 and range from how to make brisket with Dinosaur Bar-B-Que’s pitmaster John Stage, to a whole hog cooking demonstration with three-time world BBQ champion Myron Mixon.
