St. Patrick’s Day at ROCKS Lincoln Park
It’s a widely known fact that St. Patrick’s Day in Chicago is a big deal. As one of the city’s best loved (and best celebrated) holidays, St. Paddy’s in the Windy City boasts not only an artificially green(ish) river and a world-renowned parade but also hundreds (maybe thousands) of parties in every nook and cranny of the city. This year, ROCKS Lincoln Park will be ground zero for everything St. Patrick’s Day.
On Saturday, March 15th ROCKS not only be serving up $5 green beer and green Jell-O shots but will also host a very special performance by The Shannon Rovers Pipe band. The Rovers, who have been a cultural fixture of Chicago for over 85 years, will perform that afternoon from behind the bar of ROCKS Lincoln Park.
For those who want to keep the party going past the weekend, ROCKS will also be offering ½ priced beer and 50 cent wings on Monday, March 17th (actual St. Patrick’s Day.)
