As the year comes to a close, we ask that you consider a gift to Silver Eye's Annual Fund to help us continue to bring Pittsburgh the very best of contemporary photography.
2014 has been an amazing, busy, and exciting year for Silver Eye. Our critically-acclaimed exhibitions, Fellowship
14, 2014 Benefit Auction Exhibition, Here & Now: Queer Geographies
in Contemporary Photography, Anima, Crowdsource, and, our current exhibition, Close to Home drew broader audiences than ever into our space. And, just two weeks ago, the 2nd annual Photography Book Market gave both local and national artists and photo book makers a chance to share what they do at our weekend-long event.
We have an exciting year ahead of us in 2015, starting with Fellowship 15: Projects by Christopher Meerdo & Matthew Conboy, the two award winners from our annual juried competition. In the spring, A World Imagined
will showcase photographs by Kelli Connell and Sara Macel, two artists
who create beautiful and compelling images from a mixture of biography
and envisioned possibilities. The year continues with more extraordinary
exhibitions, innovative programming, and youth education.
Help us to create this inspiring year ahead.
Guests at the 2nd Annual Photography Book Market on December 6-7, 2014 at Silver Eye.
