Bucksbaum Retail Properties LLC and Structured Development LLC, developers of the New City mixed-use project located within the thriving Clybourn Corridor at the intersection of Clybourn and Halsted Streets, announces that Earls Kitchen + Bar will join ArcLight Cinemas and Mariano's Fresh Market as New City's first retail and entertainment tenants.

New City will be a lively "neighborhood within a neighborhood" on an 8.5-acre site, combining a unique retail mix with stylish residential living. The 380,000 square feet of retail space will feature an upscale grocer and first-to-market entertainment and restaurant concepts. Additionally, New City will offer a beautiful, one-acre landscaped plaza; pedestrian-friendly sidewalks and 1,100 parking spaces. The 200 rental unit residential tower will have 16 levels with floor plans for every lifestyle, offering city living in a vibrant community.
