Two things I learned today.
1-Ben Folds is a very popular performer.
2-How the Apple Computer store was able to get a grand piano to the second floor for Ben Folds performance. Many had guessed it was carried up the glass staircase but in reality the pianos legs were removed and it fit into the elevator.
Ben Folds performance at the Apple Computer store on north Michigan Avenue was standing room only and he was probably late for his sound check at The Congress Theatre following the Apple store event. After all, he had to sign hundreds of autographs and pose for just as many photos !
