Cartier hosts exclusive champagne reception for Common's Start the Show n Bowl

The House of Cartier hosted a special evening to honor Common and the Common Ground Foundation to kick off their Start the Show n’ Bowl events. The storied jeweler has partnered with the Common Ground Foundation for their Love Charity initiative and a portion of proceeds from the new Love Charity bracelet will go back to the Foundation.
The event was held at Cartier on north Michigan Avenue in Chicago Illinois.

Ian Axel and Jerry Fuentes performance at The Apple Store on Michigan Avenue

Singer/Musicians Ian Axel and Jerry Fuentes performed solo and together at the Apple Store on north Michigan Avenue. I love photographing new musicians as well as watching their performances. They are still in awe of the business and are still improvising alot as they go. Best yet is new bands don't have a benevolent dictator publicist scrutinizing every last detail! I'm sure you'll be hearing alot from these two talented performers collectively and individually. You can listen and buy their music on iTunes.

Candace Bushnell in the City for One Fifth Avenue!

Author Candace Bushnell whirlwind 12 hour Chicago tour.

When this lady writes a book,she doesn't just write a book she starts a pop culture movement! The Sex & The City author made her way to the nightclub Manor after her discussion and signing for her new book, ' One Fifth Avenue' at Borders Books on Michigan Avenue. This is my fourth time photographing Candace. I wish I could finish an article as quick as she can do a book!

Trump International Hotel & Tower Topping off ceremony

Cindy Crawford launches HOME furnishings at THE ROOM PLACE on Clybourn

Supermodel Cindy Crawford launched her line of home furnishings at The Room Place on north Clybourn Avenue. The room displays with her new line are really very nice. I like the neutral tones and use of patterns.
Cindy was accompanied by her mother and sister and signed autographs for her legions of fans.
